At Bewitching Color LLC, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted creations and strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary, and we are committed to providing excellent customer service. However, due to the unique nature of our products and the personalized care that goes into each order, we have established the following Return and Exchange Policy.
1. Returns and Exchanges: General Guidelines
We accept returns and exchanges only in the following cases:
-Damage or Defect: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Please refer to section 3. Damage or Defect below for details on how to handle this.
-Change of Mind or Buyer’s Remorse: Returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or defect are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery if you wish to request a return or exchange for any reason other than damage or defect. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
2. Restocking Fee for Non-Damaged Returns/Exchanges
For returns or exchanges not related to damage or defect, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 10% of the item's cost, excluding any discounts or promotions applied. This fee helps cover the costs of handling, packaging, cleaning, relisting, and the time invested in crafting your item, which is not otherwise recoverable.
3. Damage or Defect
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
When contacting us regarding a damaged or defective item, please provide:
- A description of the damage or defect.
- Photos clearly showing the damage or defect.
- Your order number and contact information.
Once we receive this information, we will assess the issue and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. It may be determined by us that the item needs to be returned, or we may issue a refund or replacement without the item being returned. If it is determined that the item needs to be returned, we will provide instructions and a paid shipping label for returning the item to us.
4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
Due to the personalized and custom nature of certain products, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defect upon delivery. Please ensure that all details for custom orders are confirmed before purchase, as these items are created specifically for you.
5. Return Shipping
-Return Shipping Responsibility: For returns that are accepted, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that you use a shipping service that provides tracking and/or signature confirmation to ensure that the returned item arrives safely. We cannot issue a refund or exchange if the item is lost in transit or if we do not receive it.
-Return Shipping Instructions: Please contact us before returning any item to receive the correct return address and instructions.
6. Refunds
-Refund Process: Refunds will be issued only once the returned item is received and inspected. We will notify you via email when your return is processed and the refund is issued. Please note that refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding any shipping fees, restocking fees (if applicable), and any discounts or promotions that may have been applied to the order.
-Processing Time: Refunds will be immediately processed on the business end, but may take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Customer Service Commitment
Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Bewitching Color. We understand that sometimes situations arise that may require a return or exchange, and we are here to help. However, due to the nature of small businesses, we have had to implement clear policies to protect ourselves from potential misuse or abuse of our return process. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, which are in place to ensure fairness for both you, our valued customer, and our business.
8. How to Request a Return or Exchange
If you wish to request a return or exchange (whether due to damage, defect, or other reasons), please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email us at bewitchingcolor@gmail.com with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request.” Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and, in the case of damage or defect, photos of the item.
2. Wait for Approval: We will respond within 3 business days to confirm your request and provide return instructions. Do not send the item back until you receive approval from us to ensure that the return will be processed properly.
3. Ship the Item Back: For approved returns, ship the item back to us using a trackable service. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition, including packaging, if possible.
4. Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
